Anodize / Plating Technicians Knowledge of setting up processing solutions and creating chemical solutions. Ability to sustain baths and perform process solution testing / lab analysis (titration, pH analysis, coating thickness, hull cell analysis, etc.). Capable of conducting electro plating and chemical maintenance activities, including wet analysis and chemical additions. Ensures adherence to maintenance schedules: process solution changes, lab analysis, etc. Ability to complete plating tasks related to Etching, Copper, Nickel and Gold Plating, Electric Polishing.
